Business Performance Analyst – Wellington, full-time role

  • Analysis, Channel trends, insights, performance reporting and collaborator

The Business Performance Analyst role reporting to the Manager Customer Alignment and Performance gives you the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of Kiwis. You’ll focus on creating great customer experiences through your ability to analyse data and connect the dots to the bigger picture.

Key elements of this role are to:

  • enable the business to make data driven decisions
  • create solid internal partnerships that delivers collaborative results
  • maintain, measure and monitor progress against strategic objectives while providing an exceptional customer experience
  • have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access
  • knowledge of SAS/SQL, SAP Business Objectives and the Genesys suite of applications are desirable
  • understand and have experience with performance reporting.
