We are looking for a motivated, energetic and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Te Kei Region team based out of our Headquarters in Dunedin. We have 1x permanent role and 1x Fixed Term until September 2022.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions for Regional staff including asset management, finance and procurement, volunteer support activities, travel and meeting administration and back office support. Previous experience in using JDE would be an advantage.
Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, is a team player, motivated, flexible and has a proactive outlook towards improving business processes.
