Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga is looking for a pro-active administrator extraordinaire to join their team, to provide business administration services in support of our Policy, Strategy and Corporate Services Directorate – in a, diverse and fast-changing working environment.This is a new role assisting with information and database management, contributing to ICT projects and workgroup teams and contract administration.What does success look like as our Business Support Administrator?To succeed in this role you will need excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, preferably M365, a strong customer focus, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, be analytical and have excellent attention to detail. You will also be a natural planner and organiser with the ability to self-manage and use initiative.You will have a positive attitude and the ability to effectively manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including suppliers.We are a bi-cultural organisation and are looking for someone who values and respects the contributions of staff with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
