Transition Support Services (TSS) works with business groups and leaders to develop fit-for-purpose, tailored, approaches that will help them achieve their organisational and people-related change outcomes. We provide, or network in internally, or externally, the capability needed to deliver the change and transition plans we develop in partnership with the business.
This role is fixed-term or a secondment available until 30 June 2020.
We need a self-motivated and customer focused administrator who knows what it takes to support a busy team. If you’re an administration superstar with an interest in People and Culture or change management then we would love to hear from you.
Day to day you will report to the PMO Support Lead, providing administrative support to them and the wider TSS Delivery team to ensure the seamless implementation of change programmes managed by TSS.
The best person for the role needs to be able to manage multiple tasks like no other, have exceptional attention to detail, be proactive, and have the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is the ability to learn on the job. Having fun through all of this is also to be expected!
