We are looking for an energetic Call Centre Operator to join our busy Call Centre. 

This is a fixed term opportunity until Dec 2020.

The Call Centre is a key customer channel for supporting NZQA’s customers by phone or e-mail. We are a team who pride ourselves in being customer-centric and trying to solve our customer’s problems at first point of contact.

In this role you will responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate and timely first level response to our customer base by phone and e-mail.
  • Represent our customer base when dealing with second level resolution points within NZQA.
  • Be aware of the other educational agencies and their role within the education sector in New Zealand.
  • Be aware of NZQA’s Future State commitments.

This role comes at a time when NZQA is in the process of making several exciting enhancements to the call centre. You will be part of the journey in supporting to make those enhancements.
