This employer is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional with a proven supportive background.

To be considered you must:

  • be fluent in speaking Japanese
  • have strong written and spoken English 
  • posses the ability to work 7 day rotating shifts between 1:00 pm & 11:00 pm
  • demonstrate strong technical and customer service skills
  • have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience 
  •   Key Requirements:  

  • Ability to answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines
  • Identify and resolve issues/or complaints
  • Tech savvy with a degree in IT
  • System experience to highest level Windows & Mac
  • Mobile experience to expert level iOs & Android 
  • Record customer feedback 
  • Adhere to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.
