We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Consolidate the works delivery overview of all minor and major capital works delivered projects across the entire Wellington Property business. Monitor and identify risks and issues associated with the programme delivery as they become apparent for each project. Work with capital delivery staff (particularly Project Managers) to resolve issues. Develop and run risk registers. Brief project managers and external professional services to undertake investigation, design, construction and commissioning of projects, and initiate sign-off from the client as directed. Meet and work closely with our clients to share and update all project delivery across these two portfolios. Provide assistance to both as required to ensure sufficient, correct resource is available to ensure works are delivered on time, in full to specification. Extensive experience and demonstrable knowledge in asset, project or programme management. You will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
