ABOUT HTE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Case Manager to join us as a key member in the Worplace Health and Safety Team for a 6 month fixed term, here in Lower Hutt.
Hutt Valley District Health Board are a part of the ACC Partnership Programme and as such we manage our own work injuries with the support of our Third Party provider, WellNZ. By providing exceptional rehabilitation services we minimise the incidence and impact of injury within our workforce.
The Case Manager role is responsible for notification of an injury, completing an accurate assessment of entitlements, support planning and implementation of rehabilitation and ensuring a safe and sustainable return to work.
