What you will do
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients providing services to veterans and their families who receive entitlements and services from Veterans’ Affairs. You are the conduit between the veteran and Veterans’ Affairs, and provide access to entitlements, services and rehabilitation programs.
