About the Opportunity

 

We are looking for a Category Manager to manage a brand new portfolio.

 

We are looking for strong strategic sourcing experience in Repairs & Maintenance, security services, electrical services, HVAC and more.

You can expect to work on:

  • Developing and growing key stakeholder relationships within the DHBs’;
  • Collecting data and completing analysis to build category plans;
  • Setting up national and regional supplier panels in the facilities space;
  • Implementing robust financial and operational controls;
  • Introducing ongoing contract management to ensure benefit is measured and contracts are refined over time.

 

This is a permanent, full time position.

 

About You

To be successful in the role you will need to have strong proven experience within a similar role, specifically in the Facilities space. Experience within the health/medical/public/government sector is extremely advantageous.

 

We will also be looking for:

  • In depth knowledge of end-to-to procurement,
  • Proven experience successfully managing contracts in complex and diverse environments,
  • A broad knowledge of and practical application of best practice in food service,
  • A resilient and adaptable nature.

 

Not essential, but a background in engineering or similar trade would be useful.
