We are looking for an action orientated sales professional to join our New Zealand sales team as a **Category Revenue Planner** , on a **12-month parental leave cover contract** . In this role you will be responsible for creating the commercial operating plan for the seasonal and gifting category in New Zealand, managing the processes to enable the business to deliver to this. In addition to this you will gain exceptional leadership experience, coaching and developing your direct report. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience category revenue planner to make true impact in a fast-paced FMCG company!

In this role, you will:

+ Drive incremental growth through your effective leadership of activities across multiple functions, including Accounts and Field Sales

+ Review business and market performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations

+ Work collaborative with your wider team, contributing to administrate type tasks where required

+ Play a critical role in the development of the category strategy, leveraging insights to support and influence direction

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence across a variety of stakeholders

+ A sound understanding of the New Zealand FMCG environment

+ The passion to build and sustain effective internal and external relationships

+ An eye for data, with the ability to turn insights into action

+ Impressive time management and the ability to move at pace, working at your best when faced with competing priorities

+ A degree in Commerce/Business or a related discipline
