Our beautiful and spacious centre is licensed for 136 children across 5 gorgeous and spacious rooms. Our innovative and learning focused centre provides incredible environments for both teachers and children.

This position involves supporting and leading a high functional team, communicating with families, and ensuring that BestStart Newton operates as a high-performing centre based on quality learning and genuine interactions between staff, children, and their families.
As our Centre Manager you will role-model excellent leadership qualities, inspiring and challenging a high performing team to achieve the best learning outcomes for themselves and children in our care.
Alongside this, you will be responsible for meeting administrative expectations, compliance requirements and striving to achieve financial performance targets.
