Interislander has been creating New Zealand’s most remembered journeys since 1962, with over 36 million people travelling on our ships between the North and South Islands during the past 54 years. We are currently undergoing a once in a lifetime transformational programme – the Interisland Resilient Crossing (iReX), the procurement of two new rail-enabled ships, upgrading of our Interislander terminals and transforming the current business practices, operations, and systems.
A pivotal role in the future-state of Interislander, the Change Manager will bring their exceptional change management skills to lead and develop the transition of our business from the way we currently operate, to a new paradigm that is enabled through the delivery of the project. Championing the change and transition programme will ensure our front line and support staff understand and provide passionate and genuine customer outcomes. Working closely with the Interislander and iReX senior leadership team, they will implement our change and transition strategy initiatives across the business.
As someone who has delivered significant and successful change and transition processes within operational environment in the past, you will have proven experience in decision-making and leading high performing teams.
