The role will ensure that the programme team understands the requirements & constraints of the business units and that the the business units are well prepared to provide the necessary support to the Programme to deliver efficiently and leverage the new tools & functionality to quickly deliver the business benefits. The role’s key responsibilities include:Ensuring that the programme understands the needs of the business and that business understands what the programme will be delivering and what business support will be requiredAssess current operational states, analyse stated requirements of the business, and accurately define business operational needs within specified scopeWorking with the business analyst uncovering, challenging, and capturing requirements as user stories within the project scope.Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize business unit and employee adoption of the new functionality and minimize resistance.Be a strong and passionate advocate of the AA Connect Programme and build a team of knowledgeable Programme champions across all impacted areas of the business.Facilitate the creation of quality workflows and documentation so that the business is ready to operationalise the changes and leverage the new features quickly and efficiently.Ensure that all relevant business stakeholders are updated with project progress and that the workstream leaders are constantly updated with operational dependencies.Work with the Communications team to drive internal communication around business changeEnsure that employees have centralised access to tools to do their jobs and access all information needed to adhere to policySkills and experience required:The Change Manager will be experienced in operational change and transformation projects, and be able to provide support and recommendations to the business on opportunities for processes/work flow improvement, drive process change and business improvement initiatives, develop and assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.
