To ensure we future-proof for this continued growth, we are investing in the transformation of our network to support our strategic goals over the next 10 years.Our Design and Change Team are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager. This person will be involved in several intricately linked workstreams that will transform the way we work. As a dedicated Change Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the design, development and implementation of change management interventions to ensure the successful delivery of change across specific portfolios or workstreams. Duties will include applying appropriate change management processes and tools to lead the design, development and implementation of fit-for-business change strategies across key business change initiatives, to support adoption of the changes and maximise the realisation of business benefits.To be successful in this role some key skills and attributes are required, these include: A relevant tertiary qualification2-3 years’ experience managing, implementing, facilitating and monitoring change ideally across transformational change programmes that have spanned multiple departmentsExperience in implementing change using Prosci or similar methodologiesMultiple years’ general business experience and experience operating with and influencing leaders and staff at all levels of the organisationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail, a team player and an ability to hit the ground running with a desire to succeed. We have main offices based in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch however we are also flexible to consider candidates based in other NZ locations if the successful candidate can travel as needed.
