About the role
We are now recruiting for two experienced Change Managers to join our People & Capability Group in early 2021. As we embark on significant organisational transformation, you will be tasked with leading the planning, facilitation and implementation of change management activities being rolled out across our organisation, to support people leaders and their teams to prepare for and embed change and new ways of working to help shape our future operations and to achieve Hōkai Rangi.
Reporting to the Director Change, one role will lead change management for our three strategic ‘ How we keep safe & well’ programmes, partnering closely with our Chief Safety & Wellbeing Officer. This work stream aims to support the department to achieve its purpose by embedding helpful day-to-day practices that will keep everyone safe and well, transform the way we manage health and safety risks, and introduce practices and initiatives that enable our people to be physically and mentally well. The other will lead change management for our ‘How we develop’ and ‘How we work’ programmes, partnering closely with our Chief People Officer. Your expertise in stakeholder engagement and influencing without authority will be critical, as you’ll work across all areas of our organisation and with iwi, unions and regional stakeholders, providing specialist advice and building understanding, ownership and capability with our people to enable the change.
