The Change portfolio Lead acts as a partner to the business by providing thought leadership and enables the value of change management to senior stakeholders.
Reporting to the Manager Change Enablement, you’ll work with senior stakeholders and other change partners to enable the successful delivery and sustainability of a portfolio of change initiatives across the organisation. You’ll identify opportunities for the team to support all change initiatives and influence enabling functions in collaboration with other Change Portfolio Leads to ensure ACC are providing a seamless end to end change journey for our people.
You’ll also provide a portfolio view of change and work with colleagues to enable an enterprise perspective of change for ACC as well as support the development of organisational design frameworks and tools.
