Your new companyA well-established global company within the Physical Security (CCTV, Access Control etc…). With over 3000 employees worldwide, this company manufactures high-end surveillance systems for both corporate and SMB sectors. Your new role Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and other company objectives. To serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters while developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors Prepare reports on account status and forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts etc) and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis Liaise between the customer and internal teams as well as relevant 3rd parties and partners to achieve new sales and project delivery. Following up new and existing business opportunities and arrange business meetings with prospective clients Planning and preparing customer presentations (say hello to PowerPoint). Writing reports proposals and RFI responses Keep accurate records of customer sales contacts, quote/proposal documentation. Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans; adhering to the company’s best practice in creating unique, objective driven activity plans & analysing outcomes; Plan key industry association and lobbying activities and professionally represent the organisation at conferences, meetings, and industry events. What you’ll need to succeed Proven work experience as an Account Manager, business development manager, sales executive, Sales Account director or a relevant role, with a proven sales track record in getting new business and achieving company goals in either IT solutions and products or surveillance and security market. Excellent verbal and written skills with a high proficiency in English. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Security and surveillance Market knowledge will be highly considered but not mandatory Time management and planning skills Bachelor degree in business administration, sales or relevant field Ability to work to multiple deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure.
