The Ways of Working Practice is made up of group of amazing people, who help us iterate and learn in the ways we work, think, grow and evolve.As a Chapter Lead, you’ll help foster a continuous learning culture, encouraging the team to raise the bar on coaching standards and expectations. You’ll provide thought leadership for strategic, process and operational improvements, challenging things we are not comfortable with so that we get better all the time. You’ll focus on creating a drive for ‘craftsmanship’ and taking pride in inspiring and motivating others to share knowledge and upskill each other in your area expertise.About you:Ideally, you have deep knowledge of scaled agile and scrum principles with a strong understanding of lean and HCD. You’ll be a passionate people leader, and inspire a positive culture that promotes evolution, collaboration, openness and psychological safety.You’ll work across ASB, interact with a variety of people at different stages of their careers, spot challenges and understand how to unpick any roadblocks.
