It goes without saying that you will have a commitment to excellence and proactive attitude to a team providing services at the highest possible standard.As a Charge Hand you will be required to: Work Monday – Friday 1.00pm – 7.30pm and Sunday 9.45am – 4.15pmManage the daily performance of your teamEnsure that courier products, parcels and mail are sorted according to set KPI’s and criteria.Work closely with the Processing Team Leader to ensure that our actions are consistently smooth, efficient and safe during the shift.Support the staff and give clear directions to the team.Perform daily warehouse tasks as required You might be in a similar role and looking for a change of location, or you may have been told that you are ready and able to step up into a supervisory position.We are eagerly looking for someone to bring their enthusiasm to our mix of talent to our Nelson depot.
