Demi Chef de Partie
Commis Chef
Main Kitchen:
Chef De Partie
Commis Chef
Events Kitchen: Open kitchens, live stations, and unique concepts.
These positions opens new and exciting career paths as you will be exposed to dfifferent cuisines menus and the ability to work in different outlets and gain further skills and experience from Hyatt’s best.
Qualifications:
Completed Chef Apprenticeship
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
Safe and accurate knife skills
At least one year experience in a luxury 5 star hotel
Must have NZ residency or working rights
