    Qualifications

  • Completed Chef Apprenticeship
  • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
  • Safe and accurate knife skills
  • At least one year experience in a luxury 5 star hotel
  • Must have NZ residency or working rights
