The ideal candidate will have commitment to excellence and possess solid organisational and communications skills. We are looking for someone who can display high presentation standards, whilst driving our growth by increasing sales results year on year and overseeing the replenishment and merchandising of the department.
If successful you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and coordinating the day to day operations of the Chilled and Frozen Department with the Chilled and Frozen Manager. As a passionate leader, you will motivate and build capability within your team whilst training for high performance. Your delivery of exceptional customer service will set the standard for your team members. We can offer a fun, fast paced work environment with a strong focus on workplace safety and being active contributors to the community.
This is a 40 hour working week, Sunday to Thursday, with some flexibility for weekend work when required. The exact hours and days of the position will be discussed with applicants at the interview stage. Supermarket retail experience is preferable. We are looking for a Manager who thrives on a challenge, leads a team with positivity, is clearly driven by their own development and flourishes in a united culture.
