We have multiple opportunities for Customer Claims Consultants to join our Property Claims team across a variety of locations. This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will support our key partners and their customers. In this role you will be empowered to provide solutions that ensure an outstanding service experience. We are looking for candidates that can provide a high level of empathy and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. We can teach you everything you need to know about Insurance, however Insurance experience would be an advantage for the right candidate.
In a 37.5 hour working week, the hours of operation for our claims teams are Monday – Friday 8am – 6.30pm and Saturday 9am – 5pm. You would be working on a rotating roster to accommodate these hours. Your key responsibilities will include:
