We are seeking multiple Cleaning Supervisors to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. If you have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and a passion for creating a clean and welcoming environment, we would love to hear from you.   Location: Auckland Job type Full time - 30 hours Minimum per week, based on a rotating Roster. Duration: Permanent Pay Bracket: Minimum Pay rate will be $29.70 per hour and the employer is willing to go up to $32.00 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities:  Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations. Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of equipment and cleaning agents. Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness of assigned areas regularly to ensure compliance with company standards.  Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.  Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with staff to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures that meet the specific needs of each area.  Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and storage of cleaning agents. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cleaning techniques and products We are looking for candidates with the preferred attributes: Relevant experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role preferred but not compulsory.  Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Ability to train and motivate a team. Commitment to Health & Safety. People person who can positively engage, interact with, and influence others. Customer focused with a Can Do attitude. Ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. - To be considered for this role you must be in NZ, and either be an NZ resident, citizen or have  the legal right to work in NZ full  time.
