Requisition Title – Client Integration ManagerJob Number: – AUS133145Description Provide highest level of customer service by being informative & responsive Opportunity to work as one team; be transparent and share knowledge with team members Build collaborative relationships with colleagues, enabling objectives to be achieved About The RoleRole Location: 833 Collins St, Melbourne or 242 Pitt St, SydneyRole Type: Permanent, Fulltime Note: this role has 2 vacancies and that the job level may vary dependent on the relevant experience and capabilities of the successful candidate As a Client Integration Manager, you will be working in the Client Integration team and will be responsible for managing the technical setup and file integration of Transaction Banking solutions for ANZ’s Institutional clients across the region. Your role will also have elements of project management, as part of co-ordinated activities between external customers and internal ANZ teams. About YouTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Completed tertiary qualification in information technology/business field. Exposure to ISO20022 formats & transformation logic, as well as an understanding of connectivity protocols (e.g. SWIFTNet, sFTP, HTTPS, AS2) and data encryption (PGP). Knowledge of Transaction Banking products, channels and processes. Proven experience in an external client facing role, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated analytical & stakeholder management skills. The role will expect the candidate to be flexible and adaptable in managing changing work requirements and environments. Project related qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Project Management) or experience working in projects would be advantageous.
