The What and Who…

Reporting to the Client Operations Team Leader as part of a high-performing team, you’ll be the key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring all customer enquiries are actioned in a professional manner within the agreed timeframe and up to the service standard. You are responsible for developing a pro-active relationship with nominated Key Customer Accounts and a clear understanding of the business needs and goals for these customer accounts. You will also support the wider business dealing with a wide range of stakeholders in the pursuit of success for both the internal business and nominated Key Customer Accounts.

Previous working knowledge of transport, freight or logistics will definitely be a bonus, but the core requirements of this role mean that you’ve got awesome adaptability – embracing new practises and responding positively to change, attention to detail, a great customer style, strong communication skills and you thrive when delivering under pressure.

What’s more, you’ll be proficient at Microsoft Office applications, excellent at Excel and be a quick learner in other relevant systems, teamed with having strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
