The purpose of the role

The Supplier Insights team sits within the Collection Operations business unit. As a Collections Analyst in the Supplier Insights team, you will;

  • Through research and anlysis, develop best practices and innovations for data collection in a changing data enviroment.
  • Work on collaborative projects across the organisation.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of the data we collect by producing data driven analysis and insights.
  • Be the voice of our data suppliers throughout the organisation.
  • Translate your data analysis and insights into plain English for non-technical audiences.

Experience and skills required

As a Collections Analyst in the Supplier Insights team, you will ideally;

  • Have a tertiary qualification with data focused courses, or the equivalent level of relevant work experience.
  • Be a bright and motivated person who is capable of turning insights into stories and actions.
  • Have Excel proficiency, experience with data focused programming languages such as SAS, R, and/or SQL.
  • Have excellent communication skills, and are at ease interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
