Community Social Worker – Allied Health

We are looking for a full time Social Worker for the Community Allied Health Team., a multi-disciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Social Worker and Allied Health Assistants.
You will bring experience and skills in developing constructive partnerships with NGO and Iwi providers.
You will have passion and a drive to make a real difference through your work. You will hold a current Annual Practising Certificate and have a strong cultural awareness and be able to hit the ground running.
