Ko tā mātou mahi – Our role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Advisor to join our established Quality Assurance and Compliance team based in our Wellington office. This role reports to the Manager Compliance and its primarily focused on assisting with the effective management of the Kāinga Ora national Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) Compliance contract and the Fire Evacuation contract, as well as providing advice to the wider compliance team and other areas of the business on fire protection and building compliance matters as well as delivering and advising on specific projects and specific project tasks as required.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • significant experience in Fire Safety and Building Compliance
  • strong relationship building at all levels particularly with contractors
  • proven technical land and legislative knowledge and experience.
