A great role for somebody who thrives in being the hub of information; you’ll be an expert liaison with everyone from head office to site and will be well versed in the daily workings within the construction industry.You’ll be:Providing admin support to construction projects; documentation management, schedulingCompleting routine site visits when necessary (full access to company cars)Ensuring compliance across sites; updating staff and distribution of agendasProducing weekly incident reports and other ad-hoc reportingLiaising with hiring managers to ensure upcoming expiring training is rebooked and seen toProviding general support to Quality/Health and Safety Managers/Site ManagersAbout you:Previous experience in a construction administration role, with a strong emphasis on health and safetyDown to earth, collaborative approach to workMeticulous eye for detail; nothing slips through the cracksA great sense of humourSome current knowledge of best H&S practice within the industry ideal
