About the role

Our team manages social housing applications as well as provides financial support to our clients over the phone. You will find this role exceptionally rewarding if you are passionate about doing more in the community and helping those in need. Hours of Work
Your start and finish times will be set in accordance with the contact centre roster. We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
Changes to your roster will be made in accordance with the Contact Centre requirements and will be communicated to you in advance. The starting salary for this role is $46,925.00 per annum.
Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency or hold Australian citizenship at time of application.
