About the role

Our team manages social housing applications as well as provides financial support to our clients over the phone. Hours of Work

  • Standard hours of work are 37 hours 55 minutes per week, which is seven hours and 35 minutes per day.
  • The Contact Centre’s contracted hours of operation are Monday to Saturday 6.30am to 10.00pm.
  • Operational hours of work are 6:55 am to 6:15pm Monday to Friday.

 

Your start and finish times will be set in accordance with the contact centre roster. We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance. 
Changes to your roster will be made in accordance with the Contact Centre requirements and will be communicated to you in advance.  The starting salary for this role is $46,925.00 per annum.  
 
Candidates must hold NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency or hold Australian citizenship at time of application.
