Contract Administrator – Mycoplasma bovis Science Programme
Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing the day-to-day administrative processes necessary to support effective and efficient procurement and management of contracts for the M. bovis Science Programme, including contract documentation and systems. The role supports the M. bovis Science Programme Manager.
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining a contract information for the M. bovis Science Programme, and have scope for improving processes where possible. You will occasionally be required to assist in monitoring contracts and deliverables, and to ensure that terms and conditions are being met. As an effective and responsive communicator, you will ensure the all queries and requests for information are managed in a timely manner.
You will also have the opportunity to gain some experience in contract management. This role will help build valuable skills in contract management and stakeholder engagement, and will benefit someone looking to make a career shift into contract management.
