Do you want to try leadership without all the usual responsibilities? We are looking for a Coordinator (16 hour per week / 0.4FTE) and Case Manager (24 hours per week / 0.6FTE) to cover maternity leave in our Child and Adolescent Team until March 2022. Te Whare Marie is seeking applications from Registered Health Professionals (Psychologist, Social Worker, Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist) who are passionate about the provision of Specialist Adult Māori Mental Health Services. You will be part of a progressive, innovative and creative whanau/ team implementing and participating in the future development for Māori and Māori Mental Health Services. Ideally you will be a New Zealand registered Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, Registered Nurse or Social Worker but more importantly you will have proven ability in, and be able to demonstrate, clinical coordination and understanding in the provision of mental health services to whānau. DutiesDaily oversight of clinical workloadPrioritises referralsFacilitates and chairs clinical meetingsSkills & ExperienceHave sound focused mental health assessment and treatment skills New Zealand registration Previous experience with child & Adolescent mental healthBe open to extending your knowledge both clinically and culturally
