We are currently looking for a Customer Insights Analyst and a Senior customer Insights Analyst to join ACC Customer Insights & Experience team on a 6-month fixed-term or a 12-month fixed-term role.

We are currently looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst with an interest in applying and advancing their analytics/data science skillset.
You’ll be expected to work with vast amounts of structured and unstructured data from a range of sources. You will have proven skills in extracting/manipulating data, undertaking statistical analysis and communicating the insights you find to assist in critical decision making. Experience in machine learning and data modelling will be advantageous.
