About the Role:
This role sits as part of our Customer Care admin team, who play a crucial role within business, by assisting our phone-based customers and being brand ambassadors.
Reporting to the Customer Care Coach( team leader), the primary goal for our Administrators is to ensure that our customers are provided with an exceptional level of service, by achieving a resolution for both the customer and business, in a fast yet efficient manner.
