We’re looking for a communications/engagement practitioner who has willingness to deal with and tackle ambiguity with a transformative environment. Ideally you will demonstrable experience leading a small team with passion, creativity and, importantly, pragmatism. Therefore a background in succeeding in a similar role and driving continuous improvement is key. You will build relationships with colleagues at all levels effectively and quickly become a trusted advisor on internal communications and employee engagement matters.

The salary band for this role ranges from $100,114 to $123,670 inclusive of a 4% employer superannuation contribution. We would expect that starting salary would be around $111,000 inclusive of superannuation contribution. This is mid point of the band.
