Our financial products and services are crafted to help make our fellow Kiwi better off.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to join our busy Customer Experience team.This exciting role is all about working with a passion in driving a customer centric culture to bring Kiwibank’s purpose to life across the key touch points of our target customer journeys.You’ll be using practices like human-led design to re-think and drive changes to key experiences our target customers have with us – so it’s a great role to really get your teeth into!In order to be successful in this role, you will:Be a true advocate for the customer with the ability to align improved experience and business valueHave confidence in using customer-centric thinking to influence decision-making with senior stakeholdersHave a growth mindset, willingness to overcome challenges and delivery focused orientationEnjoy working and partnering with diverse teams, spanning all organizational levels and geographiesBe a proficient storyteller and influencer with an ability to communicate complex information in a simple, structured, effective and engaging wayHave strong knowledge of human-led design CX, UX and product management best practicesIdeally have worked in the financial services industry – frontline or back office, but it’s not essentialAt Kiwibank we’re all about making Kiwi better off.
