Customer Experience Representative – Northern Contact Centre – Hamilton

ACC is currently undergoing a significant business transformation, focusing on how we can build trust and confidence and improve the level of customer service we provide to New Zealanders.This is an exciting time for us and changes are afoot.
As the Northern Contact Centre, we respond to queries from our Claims, Provider and Business customers. We aim to deliver a consistent customer experience, not just over the phone but through email and online channels.

The people we’re looking for are motivated to take ownership, they’re relentless in what they do and create a shared understanding with our customers.
We expect you to have the following skills and experience:
Our contact centre hours are 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, so you would need to be flexible enough to work an eight hour rostered shift between those hours.
As part of your application you’ll be invited to complete some online assessments to show us that you’re the ideal person for our team.
The indicative starting salary for this role will be $47,150. This is exclusive of ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution which would bring the total starting package to $51,394.
