    Northland Toyota is looking to appoint a CRM on a 6 month fixed term contract to cover for maternity leave. There is a possibility that the term of the contract is extended if our existing staff extends their maternity leave or if there is any movement of other staff at the dealership. The successful candidate will manage the company’s customer retention in consultation with existing divisional managers and also have the support of the existing CRM who is moving into the service department. The position will be based at our fantastic dealership at Porowini Ave in Whangarei.

    The successful candidate will preferably have experience in sales and have some knowledge of the motor vehicle industry. Your skills will include:

    · The ability to negotiate and manage customer retention

    · Sales ability.

    · Computer skills

    · Have a warm friendly and engaging phone manner.

    · Great attention to detail

    · Self-motivation and resilience.

    Your role will include:

    · Managing customer retention

    · Booking and following up on service clients

    · Selling service and warranty contracts

    · Identifying opportunities to sell and upsell any relevant products and services.

    The position is full time and we anticipate that approximately 40 hours a week will be needed to meet the needs of the dealership. Work hours are flexible subject to negotiation between the company CEO and the successful candidate.

    The successful candidate will receive a base salary and commission.
