This role involves greeting our clients at reception and answering the phone. Managing claims for our clients and assisting with administration duties for all areas of our business.
The attributes we are looking for are:
A strong background in administration
A friendly helpful attitude
Good communication and time management skills
A high level of motivation
Competency with Microsoft word and excel
Flexibility and willingness to help out.
Accuracy and attention to detail
It would be desirable to have someone who enjoys social media and marketing.
Previous experience in an insurance office is not essential as full training will be provided on the job.
