Do you want to help New Zealanders to improve the way they use energy, reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, and tackle climate change? Then this may be the role for you.

The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) is a government agency whose purpose is to mobilise New Zealanders to be world leaders in clean and clever energy use.

This role will join our Warmer Kiwi Homes team which contributes to making the homes of lower income New Zealanders warmer and drier by delivering a grants programme to lower income households for installing insulation and heating.

You will be a direct interface with our customers and service providers, dealing with queries, and providing programme support for the delivery of Warmer Kiwi Homes.

You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of people. You will have a collaborative working style and a drive to deliver results.

This is your chance to join a dynamic organisation with a strong focus on delivery, and to do meaningful work with motivated people that has a tangible impact on the lives of New Zealanders.

If this sounds like a role you are interested in learning more about, please read the position description.

Your application for the role should include:

  • a cover letter telling us about your interest in the role and highlight your key achievements to date, relevant to the role
  • a curriculum vitae (CV) that outlines your skills, experience and career history relevant to the position you are applying for.

Applications must be submitted to before the end of Sunday, 17 November 2019.
