You’re already an experienced Customer Service Representative and you’re ready to take on a new role with our team at Fliway. The What and Who…

Reporting to Customer Service Manager, you’ll be providing general customer service by taking calls from the 0800 Fliway queue, CS emails, or other tasks as directed.

You will be happy and passionate in developing a proactive relationship with Customer Accounts, able have a clear understanding of the customer business needs and objectives, and provide sound solutions to their enquiries. This means that you have a great phone manner and professional email communication skills.

We are looking for someone who is experienced within the freight forward industry in either imports or exports and skilled to use CW1, and you need to be a good problem solver, strong on attention to detail, good at numerical and analytical ability, and able to multi-task. Along with this, you are a strong communicator and team player, who stays calm when the pressure gets turned up. Plus, you don’t mind jumping in and helping out as we’re practical sort of people in Transport and Freight industry.
