The Role
You will be handling various inquiries from our customers – everything from balance inquiries, complaint resolution, general branch inquiries & processing specific applications. This position is varied – no two days are the same but you will be able to build rapport with our key customers and ensure that they receive the best customer experience. You MUST have unrestricted rights to work in NZ.
