Customer Service Representative (CSR) Caf Anatolia is a growing cafe chain with 12 branches throughout the North Island. We have an excellent reputation for fresh, healthy and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serve over 14000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our Caf Anatolia team at our Levin Store. This role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers and upholding Caf Anatolia standards, with core duties including: taking orders, cash handling, offering loyalty programme, food & drink preparation, serving customers and cleaning. Requirements What you will bring: A passion for customer service Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn A commitment to satisfying company and quality standards The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Experience in the retail or hospitality industry. This requirement may be waived for applicants with the right attitude. Extensive on the job training will be provided. Barista skills and experience are desired Hours of Work These are a range of casual, part-time and full-time positions available. We are open seven days and require applicants to be available for a range of lunch and dinner shifts across the entire week, including public holidays and weekends.
