The Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Services Representative to join our customer-facing team and take control of a suite of 10+ customers/clients. This is a varied role where you will take ownership as the first point of contact for your customers and provide an exceptional level of support and foster relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of your customer?s marketing products as well as dispatches and in-store activations, in conjunction with our warehouse team. Being a small dynamic company, this is not just a desk job and it will require you to spend time in our warehouse coordinating with internal stakeholders and helping to ensure client deadlines are always met. We work stronger as a team so the ability to engage with all areas of the business is crucial to how we operate.

Daily Duties Include

– Being the first and trusted point of contact for your clients by email, phone and in-person meetings

– Building current relationships and ensuring an extremely high level of service at all times

– Managing all customer?s daily activities and briefing internal stakeholders as required to ensure activity and campaign deadlines are always met

– Answering incoming phone calls and related administrative duties

– Liaising with our courier suppliers to arrange pick-ups and follow up with deliveries

– Setting up meetings with customers and face to face visits

– Providing quotations, service information and advice when requested

– Updating our WMS with new products and making changes when necessary 

Our Ideal Candidate

– Previous Customer Service experience (minimum 2 years)

– Good business acumen and a professional, presentable and friendly manner 

– An excellent communicator, both verbally and written

– Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to manage the demands of multiple stakeholders

– Strong administrative skills and proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) 

– Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and logistics would be advantageous 

– A positive ?can do? attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
