    • RDNS (Royal District Nursing Service) New Zealand is a leading provider of home-based healthcare solutions. We are your local home help specialists. 

    We offer a range of nursing and support services to people of all ages and cultures, predominantly offered in the comfort and security of their own homes. Whether you need complex nursing care at home, support while recovering from an injury or just a bit of help with housework and grocery shopping, RDNS New Zealand supports all of it. 

    We are a not-for-profit organisation and proud to be making a difference to the lives of the many people who need our services. RDNS New Zealand services clients throughout the Southland, Otago and Auckland Districts. Our offices are located in Invercargill, Alexandra, Dunedin and Auckland. 

    This is a fast-paced role that requires you to:  

  • Work within the wider operations team to ensure we deliver an exceptional service to our clients.
  • Be a part of a wider team that strives to roster effectively and efficiently over 11,000 client appointments every week. 
  • Think on your feet, stand up and take pride in the work you do and the service we are trying to provide as an organisation. 
  • Complete multiple tasks within the wider Operations team and in the community
  • This role requires you to work predominantly in our Penrose office

    • Positions available for the following shifts  

  • Permanent Full-Time availability Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Permanent Part Time availability: Saturday & Sunday 7:00am - 7:00pm

  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Great customer service, organisational, and problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
