About the role We have a vacancy for a permanent part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Dunedin Airport location. In this role, you’ll find your time divided between helping customers coming in to pick up or drop off rental cars, and cleaning/servicing the vehicles, a great mix of engaging with people and focusing on getting the details just right. If you love taking ownership and pride in your work, you’ll fit right in at Thrifty! Our Dunedin Airport branch can be in hot demand, and our operation is 7 days a week. To keep our customer’s happy, we’ll need you to do shift work, so you’ll need to be available to work a 40 hour (0.5 FTE) fortnight with weekend work included. This includes: Assisting customers at the beginning and end of rentals Selling additional services to them  Ensuring all fleet is cleaned to a high standard  Working closely with your team to deliver exceptional service  About you You’ll deliver high quality work every day, being warm and empathetic to exceed customer expectations. Full NZ driver license Customers’ needs are always top of mind Genuine passion for delivering great customer service Great attention to detail Excellent time management skills A sense of fun and enjoy working in a team environment What’s in it for you?
