CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 3 x permanent full time
Our Contact Centre team is looking to recruit 3 x permanent full time Customer Service Representatives.
Our contact centre plays a vital role in the collection of data from various industries and households across New Zealand.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a role requiring a high level of customer service, excellent communication skills, good time management, computer literacy and a strong work ethic along with;
The successful candidates will work autonomously within a team ranging from 8 to 12 members, within the larger contact centre.
Please note our Contact Centre operates from Sunday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 9pm.
All applicants will therefore need to be flexible to work shifts between these times based upon business needs.
