About the Role
A CSR is the key point of contact for our clients who are responsible for engaging with clients to determine their need and to create a positive impact on the lives of everyday New Zealanders.
You will be working in an environment that is fast-paced and one that responds to a diverse range of people with a variety of needs. Therefore, you will need to build rapport quickly with clients, have the ability to work well under pressure, and be able to maintain composure and resilience in emotional situations as some of the client needs can be complex.
You will be able to use a computer, navigate through different software systems and adapt to our ever changing environment.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the Key Behaviours that underpin our working relationship within the Ministry.
